Lauren and Marlene's wedding day at the always stunning Cypress Creek Farmhouse was nothing short of magical. We were fortunate enough to capture their beautiful moments with both photography and videography, and let us tell you, it was a day filled with lots of love, the perfect amount of laughter, and unforgettable memories for all.

The day began with a heartwarming first look on Cypress Creek Farmhouse’s iconic dock. As Lauren and Marlene locked eyes, you could see the sheer admiration and love in their gazes. They were absolutely stunning, and we couldn't help but smile along with them. Adding a touch of humor to the day were the cute glasses courtesy of their talented wedding coordinator, Emily from It's Your Day by Emily Maines. Laughter and joy filled the air as they goofed around with these fun accessories, setting the tone for the entire celebration.

Family was paramount for these two, so we made sure to prioritize family photos in their wedding day timeline. We always strive to understand what's most important to our couples, and for Lauren and Marlene, their family was their heart and soul.

The ceremony itself was a dream, set against the backdrop of breathtaking water views and adorned with stunning flowers designed by Andie at The Flower Studio Oxford. Lauren’s favorite color is pink, so their floral choice was a no brainer. They wanted a classy look with lots of pink, and Andie definitely delivered.

Lauren and Marlene's vows struck a perfect balance between sweet promises and humor, creating an atmosphere of pure joy that had everyone grinning from ear to ear.

The reception kicked off with a bang, featuring a live band, Audio Exchange, that kept the dance floor buzzing with energy all night. Fun props like glow sticks, and bubbles added an extra layer of excitement. It was a party to remember, with an infectious vibe that had everyone on their feet.

As the festivities came to a close, the couple made a grand exit under a shower of sparklers and cold sparks, and outside, they posed for some lighthearted photos next to a school bus. Why a school bus, you ask? Well, Marlene happens to be a school principal, so it only made sense to embrace her school spirit on this joyous occasion!
